Styling Accordian Title

I would like to style the heading to highlight keywords in red – as follows:

“<H3 style=”display: inline; color: #ffffff;”>The </h3><H3 style=”display: inline; color: #fa0001;”>team</h3>

I’m not sure how to do this as the title throws out the code. However I am able to add coding in the body and it works perfectly.
