• Some time after the last update, the “Upcoming Events” widget lost its styling and appears solely as vertically stacked text.
(and when I scroll/hover over the text, the event icon image disappears)

I think that the update caused a loss of some CSS definitions, since I can not find any definitions for any of the ailec-**** classes when my site is loaded…

but the widget looks terrible right now. Any assistance is welcome.

new discovery…. In an attempt to force the system to reload the appropriate CSS, I tried to change the AIOEC theme and recieved an error screen
    Cannot load all-in-one-event-calendar-themes

I had to “back button” back to the previous screen…
where the changes had actually been recorded and the theme was changed and it does seem to have the appropriate result on the widget…

    Hello kindred,

I review your website https://www.chelmsforddogassociation.org and it look good.

if you think update plugin caused a loss of CSS then you can do a manual update by yourself.

Download the latest version of all-in-one-event-calendar plugin and replace the old files with new files.

You can also refer to below link for the help. please take backup of old files before updatation.

    Hi gajinder, thanks for responding…

I am not sure what caused the loss of CSS – I just happened to notice that the widget CSS has disappeared right after the upgrade of the plugin.

It got re-applied when I switched themes in the AIOEC (although, as noted above, that caused some errors in itself)

thanks for the link… I normally take a daily backup of the site, so I could have restored if needed… but, since there were several other updates applied before I noticed the issue, I preferred to work around it without resorting to a restore. ??
