Styling is messed up

    Hello
    All of a sudden the styling of the booking box looks super messy and distorted on my website. I haven’t done any styling changes or added new plugins recently, so I assume it must be something you have changed in your plugin maybe? Can you help to clarify what has gone wrong here?

    Plus none of my clients can book time on my website. The plugin doens’t work anymore.

    Thanks a lot. I’ve just tried every single step mentioned in your troubleshooting guide, but none of it solved the issue. No Salon Booking plugin errors logged in the debug log file.

    Which theme are you using?

    DIVI theme. I tried switching over to the standard WP theme but it didn’t make any difference.

    Hi,

    we made a test here: https://prova.salonbooking.it/booking/

    and as you can see there are no issue with the booking form style.

    Your problems could be due to some customizations..

    I do suggest you to try disabling all other plugins, remove any customizations from the theme and see what’s happen.

    Thanks for your response.
    I have done the following:

    1) disabled ALL plugins except from the Salon Booking plugin.
    Nothing changed.

    2) deactivated the Divi theme and activated the standard WP theme instead.
    Still nothing changed.

    All the custom styling I have done is in “extra css” in the theme modifier. I have tried deleting it all and saving. Still no change with the booking issue.

    What else can it be then?

    Hello again

    I just found out that ‘Services’ is missing in the navigation on the dashboard.
    It should be above ‘Service Categories’, but it’s missing?? This must be an error in the plugin, probably what causes the error on front end, right?

    Hi,

    it’s strange as we don’t have this issue on our test websites.

    I’d suggest you to install the plugin from scratch, you will not lose your data.

    Indeed very strange… I found out by coincidende…
    Okay, so if I delete it and reinstall, you are 100% sure I wont lose my data?

    Yes as the data is stored in your wordpress DB

    I deleted the plugin and reinstalled. Didn’t fix the issue. ??

    Is there another way to install the plugin from scratch, than to delete and reinstall??
