Styling not taking affect and WP dashboard access missing

  • Here is a video outlining my issues: Video Showing Issues with the plugin

    For some reason unknown to me, the WordPress dashboard access is missing at the far top left of the screen. I disabled the www.ads-software.com icon and links at the top left from showing but it completely removed Dashboard Access. Also when I view the front end with the admin bar still visible it reverts back to black and blue theme.

    Hi @whyknott,

    Could you please outline the issues in text form with relevant screenshots, and also provide diagnostic information which can be found in the plugin settings. I am not trying to make things hard for you, but it’s a free plugin with free support and I don’t have time to go through a video. The forums also get used by others so it’s better if it’s documented by text. Thanks,

    Not a problem, sorry about that, some developers ask for a video to help pinpoint things easier so I wasn’t sure. I’ll work on sending the required documentation regarding the issues tomorrow.
