Styling not working in 2.15

  • I have earlier version 2.1.0 installed on one site and I can see the color Styling option, but when I installed 2.1.5 on another site the options aren’t visible.

    I see
    Primary Color
    Secondary Color
    Topbar Background
    Header Background
    Header Menu Background
    Footer Background

    but no color changing options.

    I tried viewing the theme options in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and it didn’t work on any of them.

    I also noticed that I have 3.9.1 installed and that seems to be part of why the Styling options aren’t displaying. The Colorpicker isn’t displaying.
