Styling Reset Pass link

Hi Sean,

thank you for the exceptional plugin which helped me much while interacting with my users. However I have a problem styling my Reset Pass link which is generated by shortcode [reset_pass_url]

I want it to look not like a blue underlined text but as a green button with custom text.
I am very familiar with HTML/CSS but this shorcode approach creates a mess in my emails.

Could you please help?
