Styling .rpwe-summary

I am trying to styling and nothing seems to be taking affect for the summary area.

here is my css (extremes just so I could see if it was doing something):
#journal.rpwe-summary {font-size: 18px; line-height: 10px; color:#999;}

Here is the website and I am trying to affect the “In the Journal” widget area on the home page (eventually all of them though).
