Styling sign up form

  • I am trying to find a way to style the [pdb signup] form. If you go to the kink you’ll see why — it’s dead ugly. At the very least is there a way of taking away the table border and giving the fields some padding? (especially that “How will you take part?” field). Any help on this very much welcome.
