Styling sticky posts / post thumbnails

I want all post thumbnail images that aren’t sticky ABOVE my posttitle BUT at the same time if its a stick post I want the post thumbnail BELOW the post title. The pseudocode is basically this:

If post is a sticky
place post thumbnail BELOW posttitle
else
place post thumbnail ABOVE posttitle.

Does anyone know how to achieve this?
