Styling the word =>Navigate

Hi there,

Great menu. The only thing that I wish i could figure out how to edit is the styling of the main word =>Navigate

How can I change the color to color:#000 and the font-size:#12px

I have tried everything but with no success. Any help you can provide me would be greatly appreciated it.
