Stylish Plugin Won't Show In Settings

I bought the plugin… Twice actually because I thought I messed up the first time because it wasn’t showing up, and it’s still not showing up. I’m pretty disappointed with that, but I’m more disappointed that it still isn’t showing up. I downloaded it, approved the license, and the stylish options are not in the settings on my wordpress site. I’ve changed the attached website multiple times too, to try different things, and now it won’t even let me change that anymore. Please please please help.
