su_ instead of gn_ ??

Yes, I agree this is incredibly problematic. And there was no notice of the is change or instructions on how to remedy it.

I went through and changed all “gn_” to “su_”, but the shortcodes are still not working. What needs to be done to get the shortcodes working again?

I concur on the issue. All my spoiler & button codes are completely different after this latest update. This is going to force me to do lots of changes on my website unless something is done to rectify this update.

Don’t worry guys. Just add next few lines of code to your functions.php

I’ve reverted to version 3.9.5. It works fine for me. Is upgrading to 4.0.1 really worth it? Do I need to go through and change all the gn_ to su_ in addition to adding the code you provided here for the functions.php file?

Just add my code to functions.php and update to 4.0.3 (I just released it).

Upgrading to 4.0.3 and and adding that code to the functions.php file did not work. None of the shortcodes are working. All the shortcodes (ex: [gn_column size=”1-3″ last=”0″ style=”0″]) are showing on the frontend of my site.

Please advise.

What link you’re using to access settings page and what user role you have at this blog?

I refreshed it and was able to gain access to the settings page now. I enabled compatibility mode, but now all of my formatting is messed up and all my buttons have changed shape, size, and color.

Please advise.

Obviously the problem is with your skills if you can’t update your plugin without causing all these issues for everyone…

Many shortcodes are changed, and settings too. Try to create new post and use shortcode generator to see what settings was changed.

I have a solution for your case. Remove plugin and forget this discussion =) Unfortunately I haven’t enough skills to cover your problems.

I’ll be more than glad to remove this problematic plugin, and I’ll be sure to rate it accordingly as well.
