    I currently have a Website at https://www.MohawkSystems.com/Photography The plugin is pretty awsome however I am trying to display sub-albums and photos together. So if I click on one of my main albums that has 1 sub-album and 3 photos with a maximum page display of 4 items per page then everything should be on one page.

    I keep messing with the settings in Table I-D8 and Table I-C7 but unless I set them to 0 then it seems to work. the only problem with this is that if I have an album with 100 pictures then all 100 pictures will be scrolled down the page. Please help. I wonder if I am doing something wrong.

    If either pagination of covers or of thumbnails is defined ( value other than 0 ), thumbnails are on a different page as covers, because it is unclear how many thumbnails would fill up the space left by the number of covers being less than the maximum allowed.

    I think it is confusing to use ‘thumbnails as covers’, and i also think you should not have both subalbums and photos in any album. You can have a few photos for coverphoto purposes, as long as there are no more then the setting in Table I-A4: Photocount treshold. Rea the help [?] of Table I-A4.

    So if I understand correctly the plugin treat both objects separately. What would be your suggestion? Should I discontinue the use of all sub-albums and make my albums only one branch deep? I would eventually like to categorize all my albums like I would on my hard drive. However if visually or technically it cannot be done or does not make sense then I will change it.

    You can nest albums as deep as you want, find your own ‘logical’ way.
    Example:

    Parent -> child -> grandchild

    Architecture
    Architecture -> Churches
    Architecture -> Factories
    Architecture -> Factories -> England
    Architecture -> Factories -> France
    Architecture -> Factories -> Miscellaneous countries
    Architecture -> Ancient cities
    Holidays -> 20th century
    Holidays -> 20th century -> 1998
    Holidays -> 20th century -> 1998 -> London
    Holidays -> 20th century -> 1998 -> Paris
    Holidays -> 20th century -> 1999
    Holidays -> 21th century
    Holidays -> 21th century -> 2013

    etc.

    For the clarity to the users, i would recommend – if you want to use ‘thumbnails as covers’ – to place the images of the album covers left ( Table IV-D3 ) and of the thumbnails as covvers: right ( Table IV-C4 ), or the other way around.

    Further, place only a few photos in all the albums that are not ‘endpoints’ in the album tree, for cover image purposes as i explained before.

    Also, set both the thumbnail page size ( I-C7 ) and the cove page size ( I-D8 ) to the same value, convenient for you to prevent too much scrolling.
