Sub-domain site

  • Hi, i’m a newbie using WP, your help will be very useful, thanks!
    I have main site and few sub-blogs that are hardcoded, want to make to convert them from static to dynamic.
    Is there any plugin to copy index.php from main site to sub-site directory when the sub-site is created?
    and how can i add page (created in UI) to this index.php? without editing any html, using only UI.
    actually each sub-site is a short info about few of my co-workers, so i want to get rid of hardcode and make it easy to edit by site-user.
    appreciate your help
