Sub Fields Plugin?

  • Hi there people.
    Is there a subfields plugin so when you write a blogpost at the bottom the same subfields come up every time which you can choose. I have seen some wordpress themes for sale that have these. For example a set of custom fields where you can put in your own data esepcially for review sites.
    Like the score below each blogpost.

    For example say I have a blog about websites and what payment methods they accept.

    At the end of each blogpost I would select the payment methods.

    Website A
    – Neteller
    – Paypal
    – paxum

    next’ post

    Website B
    – Paypal

    Or I score the sites.

    Website A
    87/100

    Wetbsite B
    90/100
