Sub-form with multiple entries

  • Hi,
    I need a form where one of the drop-down inputs is the number of products needed. Value from 1-10.
    Depending upon the value selected, the form should add that many lines where the customer can enter four attributes of the product.
    Is this possible with Contact Fom 7 please/
    I appreciate your help.

  • This sort of conditional logic is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP.

    Some of the premium Form plugins do offer Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms, Quform and Ninja Forms.
