Sub menu drop down not appearing on hover

    My aim is to have a dropdown that appears on hover which would display individual product categories. I have set the categories up and nested them in the correct location, and the categories contain products. I can also see the two categories in DevTools > Elements (Chrome), however when hovering over the parent menu item the dropdown does not appear.

    Does anyone know how I set these up to show? I have a background in development (Bigcommerce) but new to WordPress/Woocommerce, and have taken on the role of updating and existing site. I’m aware it may be a theme issue but not sure how to test this as there only looked to be one option (the selected option) when looking at themes.

    So far I’ve turned off all plugins apart from:

    Advanced Custom Fields PRO
    mobble
    WooCommerce

    and the problem still persists! If I turn any more off the site wont load.

    I also tried the Twenty Twenty two theme however the layout of the navigation bar on that theme did not have sub categories, it seemed all the sub cats were flattened to be on the top level with the parents for that one.

    Firstly, I apologize for the delayed response.

    I can see that the thread has been resolved already. Checking on your site, I can see that the submenu of your primary menu already is already displaying as seen below:
