Sub-menu dropdown icon not displaying

The down arrow that indicates there is a sub-menu is not displaying. I did a site yesterday (same Singularity theme), and it worked perfectly. This site is using more plugins and is probably having a conflict. I didn’t want to start disabling them, because I need them.
“Support” on the menu should have a down arrow. I can click the far right of the line, and the menu will open down.Then there is a mask-type icon to the right of it. “Support’s” url is a non-clickable link of # – which I used successfully yesterday on the other site.
Any thoughts?
