Sub-Menu in header dissapears only on tablet/mobile

I went to your site and it looks like you have moved the menu item “Dementia Services” to the top tier of the menu, so it is difficult to see what precisely could have been going on.

A few things you can try:

1. I see you are on Divi. Turning off any CSS and/or JavaScript optimization/handling that Divi is doing might help.
2. I would temporarily disable all caching and CDNs to see if that is related.
3. Recreate the issue, on a staging site if necessary, and see if you can spot any errors in the browser console: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/advanced-administration/debug/debug-javascript/

Hey @jdbeacham,

Moving the Dementia Services sub-menu was a temporary fix that I had put on the website while im debugging the issue. The Menu should look like what it looks like on the root of the website, with Dementia services as a sub menu item within the services tab. Also, the header isnt built with divi, but it is built on wordpress’s visual editor, do you think that divi can still create conflict here?
