Sub Menu items in Footer

  • I’m trying to display sub menu items in my footer, however it’s only displaying the parent menu items. My footer is set to the same menu as my Header menu.

    Is this because this feature is not compatible with the theme i’m using? Tesseract by Tyler Moore.
    If so, how can I get around this?
