Sub-Menu lack of customization

  • Currently I am unsatisfied with how my submenu looks. I am currently using the Astra theme, and I know if I changed it then I would have more options but I want to stick with that theme for my website. I not experienced with code so I have been trying to use the features under the customize button, but there is very limited capabilities.

    Is there a plugin I can install to make this happen? Any other advice.

    If code is the only solution, can you please provide me with it and show me where I am supposed to paste it?

    I would really appreciate some help, thanks!!!!

    First, I’m not sure if you’re using the free Astra plan or the Pro plan. And secondly, it depends on what kind of customization you’re looking to achieve.

    As touching the first, the plan you’re presently using matters a lot, as Astra provides a powerful feature available to Pro users – Mega Menu – if you’re not okay with the options available in the free version. This allows you to customize your submenu further, and unleash a level of design where your imagination stands as your only limit. This is possible because you will be able to build a Mega Menu using a page builder.

    Regarding my second thought on what kind of customization you need to achieve, more information will be needed on this for me to be able to guide you in the right direction.

    Hi @ac360,

    Unless ?you are using the Transparent Header, there’s no dedicated option to configure the submenu on the Astra free theme.

    There are two ways to configure the submenu, first is by using CSS code and the second way is by using the Astra Pro Addon plugin, just like what @goldenmars said, thanks for that Victor.
