    Hi there,

We are having issues with links not working on the Nav Menu widget. When you hover over the link (which has sub items), you can see the link in the browser, but it does not work. Clicking it only opens the sub menu.

You can view it at the page I have linked.

We’ve tested this and it still occurs with only the below plugins and theme active.

    – Elementor
    – Elementor Pro
    – Jeg Elementor Kit

    Theme
    – Hello Elementor

Please let us know if any more information is required to troubleshoot the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hello Jhon,

Is this issue occurring on Desktop or Mobile devices? We noticed that it’s working fine on the Desktop. If you mean the issue is happening on Mobile devices, you can try disabling the Sub Menu Click On Text option as shown in the image below.

    We hope this answer helps.

    Thank You

Hi, thanks for the response. This is happening on Desktop and mobile, plus this option is enabled already. Do you have a screenshot of it working, we’ve tested from multiple browsers and locations/connections and the issue is persistent.

    Hello @wpwench,

We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon further investigation, we were able to replicate the issue on our end. To resolve this, you can try replacing the file in ../wp-content/plugins/jeg-elementor-kit/assets/js/elements/nav-menu.js with the file from the link below on your site.

    File: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ete49ZtRt98ltaAYVl9WRqHu9jtTVEo3/view?usp=sharing

Before replacing the file, we recommend that you back up your data to avoid any unintended errors.

    We’ll await your further updates.

    Thank You

Yes, this fix will be provided in the next update.

We hope you can wait for it.

    Thank You!

I’m having the same issue but I don’t feel knowledgable enough to make the fix myself. Do you know when you expect the update to be released?

    Thanks!
