• Hi @wpcalc @lobov,
    When i view the website on Mobile phone(any browser), I am not able to access the sub-menu, neither by clicking on it or hovering over it.
    I am using the latest version of Button Generator.

    Appreciate your immediate help please.

    Thanks / Manish

    @wpcalc Hi, not to push you for a prompt reply but I may not be able to afford any further delay & have to look for other options.

    Hope you understand.

    Thanks

    About Us button has one sub-menu whereas My Account has 2 sub-menu

    Your mobile version of the menu has not submenu

    <li id="mm-menu-item-981" class="menu-item menu-item-type-gs_sim menu-item-object-gs_sim menu-item-has-children menu-item-981"><button class="btg-button btg-button-2" data-url="https://www.thetrainernetwork.in/about-us/" data-action="link" onclick="btnaction(2)">About Us</button>
    </li>

    On desktop the next code

    <li id="menu-item-981" class="menu-item menu-item-type-gs_sim menu-item-object-gs_sim menu-item-has-children menu-item-981"><button class="btg-button btg-button-2" data-url="https://www.thetrainernetwork.in/about-us/" data-action="link" onclick="btnaction(2)">About Us</button>
    <ul class="sub-menu">
    	<li id="menu-item-1059" class="menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-1059"><a href="https://www.thetrainernetwork.in/blog/">Blog</a></li>
    </ul>
    </li>

    What needs to be done in this case @wpcalc ?

    And how about the My Account button, which has 2 sub-menu? I am sure the mobile version doesn’t have a sub-menu either.

    What needs to be done. Please do let me know.

    Thanks

    You must create a submenu for the mobile version of the menu.
    Or send email to theme support about submenu for mobile

    @wpcalc My Mobile Menu & sub-menu is working fine with the normal menu structure (text menu) wordpress offers, that means if I don’t use the buttons, it works fine.

    It’s only the buttons that are not working in the mobile version

    Any thoughts on this? If you say so, I will write to my theme support as well.

    Thanks

    Perhaps the problem is that your menu does not support buttons, but only links. Therefore, the mobile menu does not work correctly.

    Possibly @wpcalc

    I can check this with my theme support and then act accordingly.

    Thank you for your help.
