Currently, Zakra shows menu items on the top header bar in the top-level only. However, we’re going to add an option to allow it in premium version of it soon. If you want to achieve this in the free version, you can create a child theme and modify the Zakra theme’s code: https://docs.zakratheme.com/en/article/how-to-add-custom-code-to-the-theme-using-child-theme-1ml5yot/
