Thank you for your assistance but i know already how to add a submenu, what i am finding is that when i go to save the menu with a submenu it does not save. there is some problem with the theme not saving the submenu. Instead when i go to save the menu with the submenu it places it as a main menu item instead of a submenu as i am trying to do.

Already i create sub menu. butterbelly themes i used . this themes set sub menu properly. but this theme not set sub menu to main menu.

    Hi Rarlifecare,

You can set sub menu in main menu with proper way.

After that select menu location using Menus-> Menu Settings (i.e : Header Menu).

    Thanks
