I am having a problem creating a menu on my wordpress site. I am inputing 8 top-level menu items, each with several sub-menu items which I want to have appear as drop downs. This works fine for the first couple of menu/sub-menu lists but after I have input a certain number of menu items the menu stops behaving properly. Instead of dropping down from the top level menu item the sub-menus just appear on screen so that I have a ridiculous several lines of navigation buttons.
This happens no matter what theme I try using.

    Please help!

    Hi,

Yes I wondered if it might be that but my hosts are saying that they can’t alter the php.ini file for security reasons because it is shared hosting.
This is their helpful response: “We suggest to have it verified with WordPress support what else can be done to sort this out. If you are using plug in, please contact the plug in provider on alternative on fixing the glitch.”
Which is why I was hoping it might be some other issue!! Is there any other work around you can think of? Is there a way I can add a custom menu in a widget and have dropdowns or flyouts for sub menus?

    Thanks
