Sub navigation for sub pages and categories?

If you check out this link, you’ll see how I have sub options titled “Your Options” on the top right of the sidebar:

I want to achieve the same results, thus provide sub navigation options for all pages and categories, on the sidebar.

I created the sub options (in the above site), but I used multiple footers (to call their respective sidebar menus), but it’s a very inefficient approach. Got something less hacky?
