Sub-Page Problem

So this theme I got is great for my needs except sub pages go below the blue menu bar and I think there’s a bug because the non-sub items after the parent of the sub-item are also below as if they’re sub-items. I want there to be an extra box on the right that shows any sub-pages of the current page only instead of the sub-pages being listed up top. Does anyone know if it’s possible and if so are you able to help me? An example of my site is here:

If you’re on home (the only page with a sub-item at the moment), I’d like there to be an extra box on the right to show the sub-item(s).
