Sub-Page Re-Direct Not Working

You’ll notice affiliate.TOP-LEVEL-DOMAIN.com is working but affiliate.TOP-LEVEL-DOMAIN.com/inquire is not.

this is because the left side is only intended to enter domains without slug. child-URLs of these mappings are automatically detected.

edit: i will enter a hint to our roadmap to strip anything but domains automatically when entering data in the left field, so it should become more clear…

Any other ideas of what may be happening?

first of all, please make sure you always delete your browser cache or disable it for testing purposes.

second, i do not know how your mappings look like now, so i can not know how it should work…
it looks like you want to map two different landing pages:
https://pagebuilder.gobobber.com/meat-the-butchers/
https://pagebuilder.gobobber.com/lastform/2

as these are independent (meaning none is child of another) you will have to use two addon-domains like maybe
https://affiliate.meatthebutchers.com/
https://form.meatthebutchers.com/

if you want to have your form linked with
https://affiliate.meatthebutchers.com/lastform/2
then this original page would need the URL
https://pagebuilder.gobobber.com/meat-the-butchers/lastform/2 and it will work with only one mapping, as child-URLs are detected automatically.
