Sub pages are missing in menu

Thank you for disabling it. Upon inspecting the site, I observed that the current active theme is not Astra but Elementor. In such a situation, it would be better to post this on the Elementor forum as they would be able to explain this better.

I will raise a ticket in elementor as you suggest, but think they will ask to approach Astra support team for a solution.

I apologize for the confusion. I checked it on Firefox and somehow misunderstood that it was using the Elementor theme. I checked further, and it appears that the submenu is not visible because the width of them not set properly. If I zoomed in on the screen size, it showed them on the extreme right side. For a visual reference, please checkout this screenshot.

To fix this, kindly configure the submenu width under Customize > Header Builder > Primary Menu > Submenu width. Here’s a screenshot to guide you with a visual reference: [Link to Screenshot]
