sub pages as a single parent page with scroll menu

Hello,
We need to add the documentation sub pages contents in same parent page. In that parent page, the sub pages title is defined as a H2 tag with permalink. The parent page’s sub pages links are placed on the right side scroll bar menu for navigation purpose.
Ex:
1.click the sub page’s link in the right side scroll bar -> the clicked sub page contents is coming to the top of the screen.
note: sub page contents placed on the parent page.
