sub-pages supposed not showing in page nav

I have iNove installed on my development site with the standard WP default install.
I then added a page as a child of the ‘about’ page.
In the navigation area for pages, I can’t see the subpage anywhere, no matter what template I use for the page. The subpage title is Twitter Page, tis slug is twitter-page, its id is 8 its URL is https://74.52.74.147/~jobsearc/about/twitter-page/
After installing with Fantastico, I used mySQL admin to change the directory and the Blog URL to https://74.52.74.147/~jobsearc/ for devlopment work that is “pre-launch”
