Subcategories do not showing in category editing admin page

On my wordpress site i have posts attached to many categories and subcategories. List of all of this categories showing in category widget on single post editing page. But on /wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category page i can see only main categories. But if I manually add ID of subcategory to url of single category editing page, this category is showing. I do not have any visible errors after turning on WP_DEBUG in admin area. And after turning off all plugins problem do not fixing. Site working with WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE. Thank you for any help.
