Subcategories not displayed in Custom Theme

  • Hi Admin,

    I have developed a custom theme for a website. When I create and use a custom navigation menu, the main menu items are displayed. I have added a few subcategories under the categories in the custom menu.

    But the subcategories are not displayed when I hover over the main categories. Do I need to write specific code in my theme to display the subcategories when I hover over the menu in my website??

    My added sub categories are not showing up on my website. It is showing as normal list under categories, but not sub categories. I use IE explorer 9.

    Kindly help.
