Subcriber not getting activation link on their mail id

    Hi,
    I activate the plugin and add code for the form of subscribing.
    When user enter name and email id user is not getting the activation link on their mail id , i cheked the setting that I set the setting for double opt. But the user add in the subcribers list with unconfirmed because user do not confirm bz he is not getting the mail when he subscribed.
    I have to confirm the user manually please help me wht the settings we have to chnge. I installed the plugin on my website it is a multi site website.

    Please help me in the same it is very urgent

    Make sure you have activated plugin on multi-site by following steps listed here – How to Activate plugin on Multi-site

    If yes, then check this – Subscribers are not receiving Emails

    I have checked all the settings still mails are not going please suggest wht I do it is not useful plugin for me because noting is working in this plugin.

    Go to Email Subscribers -> Settings -> Admin -> Sender of Notifications. Check the email which is mentioned there. Is that email allowed to send emails? Verify it.

    Hello,

    Yes i also checked the mail id I enter in the sender of notification is allowed to send emails. Whenever a subscriber subscribed from his mail id He/she did not get any confirmation and even If i click on the Resend Confirmation from the backed where all subscriber is listing even He/she is not getting confirmation mail on his/her mail id. Please suggest where am I lacking and doing wrong or is it plugin issue.

    I am waiting for quick reply. please help me asap.

    Hello,
    I found the problem no need to give solution Please help me in another concerned.
    My concern is that When New post is published then subscriber got the notification and admin also get email that Your mail has been sent!. Admin did not want the report in email. There is no option to disable it in the plugin please help me in the same how can we disable it from the backend.

    And also to make name as a compulsory field in the Subscribing form .
    How to make it as compulsory.

    Yes, currently that option is not available inside plugin.
    I have added it in our to-do list and will add it in later releases of the plugin.

    And also to make name as a compulsory field in the Subscribing form .
    How to make it as compulsory.

    Not possible as of now. You can consider suggestion from here.

    When I can expect the next release from your side. because it become very lengthy to handle the all mails because there are lots of subscribers and We are getting mail for all.
    And for second concerned why am i install another add on. Can you not make provision in short code to make name as compulsory like we can manage the name filed by passing in the short code. It will be helpful for me. Please help me in the same.

    I am waiting for your reply for the last question and we are getting error when a user subscribed by entering the email id. The users adds in the subscriber list in the backend but in the front end it shows the error please try after some time.

    Please suggest why this error is occurring and if error is occurring so why it become added in the subscriber list.
