Subcribers lost after updatding

    Hello,

    I just updated the plugin and I noted:

    1. the subscription widget is disappeard from website’s pages
    2. I’ve lost my +2000 subscribers…

    So, can you please explaine me what happened?

    Did you check your subscribers into Audience section?

    If you can’t find your subscribers, please contact us

    Hello,

    now they are all visible, in Audience section… I don’t know what happened… I made a new backup, just to be sure.

    But all my translation is lost and no GDPR checkbox are visibile.

    I’ll work to fix this problem.

    Please refer Email Subscribers plugin redesign article about all changes in ES 4.0.

    We are working on it and will be fixed in next release (Tomorrow).
