subdirectory support?

So..after going through all the mobile plugins available (all that I’ve seen so far anyway), I love this one. BUT we have a secured checkout page and our certificate only encrypts a subdomain at a time (site.com, not https://www.site.com)..so if you checkout on m.site.com , you’re more than likely to get an error, and it wont be encrypted. Any plans to add an option to simply use subdirectories, rather than subdomains?
