Subdomain cross login

  • Hello

    Is it possible to separate a website by having a main domain and a sub domain (with completely new installation of wordpress) but the catch is that registered users who are logged don’t have to re-login again on the sub domain? Is this even possible? And is it considered bad practice?
    Any info on this would be great, thank you. ??

    Why not use a multisite install? You can have the same registered users for both sites, and you only need one install of the core.
