subdomain disappear after installed SSL cert on main domain

  • I have an SSL cert installed on a main domain — https://domain.com — and my WP installation on the subdomain — https://sub.domain.com
    When I have HTTPS activated, subdomain disappear and show me “404. That’s an error.
    The requested URL / was not found on this server. That’s all we know “
    Any ideas?
