Subdomain Issue. Please advise.

  • Hi guys.

    Here is my ordeal. I have a Upload platform made as a subdomain for the main website. It is used to upload files and is built like a ticketing platform.

    The problem is that when people upload something, it either doesn’t appear on the website, not even in the wp-content/uploads part of the website. While it doesn’t work for some people, it works for others.

    If anyone is willing to help out, let me know what information you need and I will provide it.

    I feel I also need to ask this. The Uploads system is still on wordpress version 3.6. I fear an update will mess it up, should I do it?

    It might help if anyone had a clue what you meant by ‘upload platform’

    Is this a custom plugin?

    It’s not a plugin, it’s a custom made theme. It is like a ticketing software but made to work with wordpress. The uploads appear as tickets, that can be assigned to certain people and set as completed when needed.

    The installed plugins are Bulletproof Security, Code Styling Localisation, Email Alerts, P3(Plugin Performance Profiler), WordPress HTTPS and wp mail from.
