subdomain link

I have a custom theme – (like my own layout) and I installed my wp before I bought my addond omain.
anyway, I bought my domain today and everything works but on my wordpress comments link (from the index) it goes to subdomain.domain.org/commentlink
i want it to be my domain not my subdomain as a url
what do I need to change?
