There are 2 domains and 2 subdomains in my multisite network under one username. They have all been working fine for a long time, like a few months. I installed a new subdomain today and that was working fine. I installed this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/pwebonedrive/ today as well and it was working fine. At some point I was logged out. I logged back in and was able to access the dashboards of my domain sites, but when I tried accessing the dashboards of my subdomain sites, I was promptly logged out. I tried accessing the dashboards of the subdomains again, but couldn’t. I was also logged out of my domain sites. I deleted the plugin I mentioned and also the subdomain I just registered today. Still no luck. I checked WordPress to see that it was up to date, and the domain mapping plugin was also up to date. I also checked that sunrise.php was up to date.

The problem is I can’t access the dashboards of my subdomains, and when I try going to them through logging into my domain sites, I am logged out. Help is much appreciated. Please let me know if more information is needed.

  • Try disabling your plugins, then try logging in. If that doesn’t work, then look at your .htaccess file to see if any thing is out of place.

Thanks Marc. I ended up removing my iThemes Security plugin and that fixed the issue. It had been blocking me, as I had looked at my database log entries from that plugin and it had said users have been blocked.

Glad to hear your issue is resolved ??
