• I have set Polylang to use en.sitename.it subdomain.

I have created the subdomanin en in my host with Cpanel.

I tested the subdomain, redirecting it to the main domain as you suggested to an other user, and it works.

Unfortunately the page created with Polylang https://en.yourcopywriter.it/about-me/

    Return this error:

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What I have to do to use Polylang?

    Hi!

Your subdomain does not seem to point to your WordPress install but to another folder (containing itself the folder cgi-bin and nothing else).

As a side note, I would suggest that you prevent the files listing by adding Options -Indexes to your .htaccess since it seems that your host provider does not prevent it itself ??

    Hi!

Unfortunately my hosting support is useless, siteground always try not to help to sell his service.

    This is my directory

Where should go the en directory to work with Polylang?

Sorry, I am not so good in managing my host. I have not understood why an how “As a side note, I would suggest that you prevent the files listing by adding Options -Indexes to your .htaccess since it seems that your host provider does not prevent it itself :(”

It looks like you put it aside your WordPress install.
en.yourcopywriter.it must be an alias of yourcopywriter.it.
Sorry but I can’t help more as each host provider has its own system to setup subdomains
