subdomain type multi languages site?

    it should be ok on sub directory multi languages site
    like
    site.com/en/
    site.com/zh/

    But The site I am working on it is using GTranslate’s subdomain type multi languages site
    like
    en.site.com
    zh.site.com

    Is it going to work?
