Subdomains

  • Recently, someone moved the website from WordPress to wix, lost all connected sub domains to it, can I retrieve the sub domains anyhow or reload the website on WordPress?

  • What is sounds like is you changed the domains nameservers. You would need to change the nameservers back to what they originally were. I’m not familiar with wix and if they have their own DNS you can use to setup the subdomains, you could do that too.

    Thank you for this, The orginal nameservers were not recorded. Is there a way to retrieve that information?
