subdomains improperly linking images
-
It appears to be an issue with the WordPress Setup. It is trying to pull up the images from different locations than where they are.
Let me give some examples:
I am running buddypress, and the images are saved here: https://www.mymorningstory.com/wp-content/uploads/avatars/1/0339b81872ca4805d0237f210aeb60aa-bpthumb.jpghowever on my sub site: https://poetry.mymorningstory.com are trying to grab them from here: https://www.mymorningstory.com/files/avatars/1/0339b81872ca4805d0237f210aeb60aa-bpthumb.jpg
Then on a https://psc.mymorningstory.com site I am capable of uploading an image to the background and it saves it here: https://www.mymorningstory.com/files/39/2010/1.jpg
But, the file isn’t showing up as the background; So it is properly uploading the image, but then not properly attaching it; Assumingly, trying to link it from a wrong area.
Any one have any ideas about this? I have contacted Host Gator for support, and they have no idea how to help me w/ this. I was told by someone, it could be something in my Htaccess file, but I can’t figure out what would be causing this.
Also; Certain WordPress multi theme sites don’t even seem to be pulling in their CSS
