    I answered my own question. I used the URL category when editing the folder list.

    …wp-admin/admin.php?page=memphis-documents.php&mdocs-cat=mdocs-cat-7&att=null

    This is the shortcode I used…
    [mdocs cat=”mdocs-cat-7″]
