Submenu hides content after scroll

Hello.
First thanks for the awesome plugin.
I use it in combination with a Scroll to id plugin.

However, when i click on a submenu-item that scrolls the page to the right ancor, the sub-menu stays open and hides the content.

Here a screenshot that shows what i mean

Is there a way to solve this issue?
