Submenu interrupts list of entrys

Hello,
I have encountered a problem with my submenus. The submenus seem to quit too many <div>-tags, so the next following entrys looking different and if there is another submenu it ends the list of entrys. The third submenu disappears and the last following entrys can be found at the bottom of the page.

I generated a new instance for demonstration, because the original page isn’t ready to release. So please don’t mind maybe weird looking design elements or blind texts.

It seems to be a problem with the theme, but I can’t figure out why or where.
