I’m encountering two issues with the nav menu on mobile:

    1) The submenu toggle is not working.
When I click on the arrow next to the Page name, they should drop down to show the Submenu options, but nothing happens.

    2) There is a + appearing next to each parent link (How It Works & Community). Cannot figure out the source for this.

Both of these issues are apparent on every page on the site. Hope someone can assist, thanks!

  • Hello @iffahdkajai

    Thanks for the website link.

I have checked the link and the dropdown is working fine for the mobile devices.

    Here is the screenshot.

Please let us know if the issue is resolved or I am missing something?

    Regards,
    Rahul.

Hi! I got the exact same issue. Could you please tell me how did you fix this??

Hi! Same issue here: the submenu toggle is not working. Please help.

    Hello @gustavomz and @monique7

Could you please let us know more details of the issue?

Like which theme you’re using and on which mobile is the issue visible. Is there any specific mobile model?

Please help us with the answers so we can check the issue and solve the issue asap.

    Regards,
    Rahul.

Hi, I was trying to get the website done so this could be the last issue to look at.

The actual url is:?https://segurosduharte.com/index.php/inicioAs you can see in desktop the dropdown is actually working “fine” but in mobile the submenu toggle simply doesn’t work. And I mean, it is not only the toggle, there are some other issues with the tool like the hover instances and some +- symbols that where showing not sure why and that I have to hide with additional css.

Here is a video of my phone (Realme 7pro):https://drive.google.com/file/d/192Z_cyEcTops9rLOASbIvG8I6kFmvq1S/view?usp=sharing

Don’t get me wrong, the tool is great, but it would be wonderful without this issues.

    Hello @gustavomz

    Thanks for the video link.

I am adding this issue to the tasklist and we will provide a fix for this in our upcoming updates.

Thanks for bringing this to us.

    Have a nice day!
